1. Why should I use your service?
Our aim is to save you time, money & stress. There are hundreds of different home loan offers in Australia so it can be very confusing and time consuming to compare these. We first understand your situation and needs then compare and find you the most competitive and suitable loan solutions from these lenders. Once you choose an option we organise all the paperwork for you and guide you through the process to make your home loan application process as easy and stress free as possible.
2. Do you charge me any fees?
No. Unless you have a unique situation requiring a lot more work than the norm and we disclose applicable fees upfront and you agree to them, we do not charge our clients any fees for our service.
3. How do you get remunerated?
As we do a lot of the work that the lenders/banks would otherwise have to do, they share some of the savings they make with us as our remuneration. This has no impact on your home loan as we generally get you the same or better deal than if you went direct to the lender.
4. How do I know you are doing what's best for me?
While this is hard to 'prove' in any profession, we base of standard on "would we recommend this to our family if they were in the same situation?". If the answer is no, we don't recommend it to our clients. We are remunerated for our work regardless of which lender we place your business with so it only makes sense to put your interest first so you see the value of our service and remain as loyal clients. Its common sense that loyal long term clients are much more valuable than new clients to a business yet most businesses focus on acquiring new clients. We focus on long term relationships with our clients and the only viable solution to this is putting our clients interest first.
5. What is the process?
a. we get to know you, your position and goals
b. we research suitable loan options and provide you our recommendation among the options
c. you choose the option and we organise the paperwork for you
d. we submit and follow up the lender/bank for you
e. we help you obtain a pre-approval then unconditional/final approval then liaise with your conveyancer or solicitor to ensure an efficient settlement.
6. How do I know you are the right broker for me?
There are many good brokers in the market but also plenty of substandard brokers.
